The Motion for Final Approval of the Hawthorn Settlement was filed with the Michigan Court of Claims. A hearing to determine the fairness of this Settlement Agreement will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 11 am in the Court Room of the State of Michigan Building, 350 Ottawa NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. If you wish to file an objection to the settlement agreement, you must do so through the Clerk of the Court of Claims, cclerksoffice@courts.mi.gov by no later than Friday, September 27, 2024.
